1. Send Us Your Supplement List
   Provide us with the list of supplements you take, as recommended by your healthcare provider.

2. Personalized Review & Invoice
   We calculate the cost of your custom supplement pack and send you an invoice. Our service fee covers the convenience of pre-filling your daily doses. Supplements are charged separately. (We can also accept prescriptions shipped to us if you already have them on hand.)

3. We Pack & Ship
   Once payment is received, we carefully pre-fill your supplements into daily packets and ship them directly to you—ready to use.
